As our products are made to order, please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be prepared before collection or dispatch.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery within South Africa.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).

Collection

Collection may be available for selected orders.

If collection is available, you will receive notification once your order is ready for collection.

Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving confirmation.

SMUL cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
